Coffee Planet is a real-life example of what can be achieved with a bit of discontent with the way things are. Proving there is always a better way of doing, saying or supplying something.
...the taste, the occasion and the ritual. We were tired, however, of having to try and enjoy our Coffee in a totally middle-aged, typically boring environment.
Well if you don’t like something, change it, and that is exactly what we did. Starting right at the beginning we looked at how coffee was being made, found out who was growing what and how we could create the awesome blends you enjoy today.
So, we built our own roastery. And got ourselves a cool roastmaster guy (he’s the coffee expert!) to make the coffee. After trying every conceivable combination for what seemed an eternity, one day we did it, we hit flavour! It felt like we had struck oil. We had the formula. Let the roasting commence!
was incredibly exciting because whilst this was happening back at the roast, we were also exploring new markets into which we could sell once the formula was hit. Of course the natural area to look was opening a cafe on our High Street but this seemed so inevitable that it was never our first choice.
We wanted to spread our Coffee universe far and wide, giving good Coffee where previously there was none. Oh, and in a way that was easy for both us and the customer. Fuel stations! Lots of people, all stopping for refreshment. Perfect! They could grab one while filling up, Genius!
Out of this thinking came our fresh milk coffee machine, a technologically advanced system so clever it can deliver fantastic coffee every minute of every day to absolute perfection.
And thus perfect gourmet Coffee is now available in fuel stations throughout the Middle East because we dared to be different.
When something goes right for you, you get a buzz and we’re no different. In fact we live off it! That ‘dare to be different’ attitude is what pushes us forward -what keeps Coffee Planet turning if you like.
And we’re growing, the message is out – you can get our fab coffee all over the place - stand-alone stores, supermarkets, offices, universities – anywhere. You name a place where people gather and we’re currently exploring ways of selling Coffee from it. Good thing we love it!
